| The best part of this product is the price. Beyond that it is just ok. I'm not sure the vaccuum is powerful enough for carpets. I found that it required multiple passes. Also if you use the vaccum cleaner at an angle, it makes a strange noise. It's somewhat heavy and therefore not suitable for elderly people. Cleaning the stairs with this is a pain. I would return this vacuum cleaner except it takes too much effort to pack it up and pay for return shipping. |

very happy to have carpet cleaned. very powerful and easy to use.
if the switch on the handle, that will be more convenient. |
