| I enjoyed watching this and learning so much. I have 3 children and this still taught me much I didnt know about the process from conception to birth. I watched with my Oldest daughter who is pregnant with her first child. It was wonderful for both of us. Thank you. |

I was a bit disappointed by this documentary, especially after reading so many reviews about how amazing it is.
As other reviewers have mentioned, long stretches of this film feature the same dozen computer-animated clips played over and over again while the narrator offers vague, general information. I would have liked to hear more statistics and comparative data -- the narrator rarely even mentioned how big the fetus was at different stages. There were a lot of rapid-fire cuts, footage of fluid rushing through the lungs, and unexplained belly-cam shots, but I was expecting more substantive information. You won't get anything from this documentary that you don't get in one of those week-by-week pregnancy emails. The 4-D scans were fascinating, but there were not many of them.
In all, this film was a disappointment. |

I watched this video about 400 times when I was pregnant and now that my friends are having babies I'm wanting to buy it for them too. It's so wonderful. There's so much information to take in that I watched it over and over.

| This video is a nice supplement to The Miracle of Life. Whereas The Miracle of Life is more focused on conception, In The Womb focuses more on the child's development and experiences in the womb. It is a great video with excellent photography and imagery. |

| Even though the pictures are mostly computer generated, they are based on 3d and 4d ultrasonic data and what results is the most realistic look at a baby's development I've ever seen. I was truly moved. A must for any expectant mother. |
