The humidified they shipped worked for one day. I contacted them within thirty days. They waited until 31 days after sale, then wrote back and told me my complaint was late. In all 49 states but possibly Louisiana, sellers of goods are bound by the Uniform Commercial Code warranty of merchantability. They sold a defective product, then they lied about, then they ignored several subsequent emails. Before you order from them why not just get in a car and throw you money out the window? Like an Antonline customer, you will have wasted your money, but at least you won't have deal with chasing down these crooked liars.
If they would simply send me a prepaid return shipping label and an assurance that on receipt of the defective product, as I have repeatedly asked them to do, only to be ignored, I will remove this post. Lets see if anyone at Antonline cares if you know how the hurt their customers... |

| I cannot imagine how to improve this product. It is nearly silent and is variable from a trickle to a train load of mist. My family is feeling better already! |

| Just buy it! It does not need a filter and it's super quiet. Also, when they say quiet, they really mean it, how shocking. I have a Graco one for our baby's room and quiet is like a turbo fan turned on. This is a wonderful easy to clean product. I'll be getting another one I'm sure of it. |

| I purchased this humidifier about a month ago. It's attractive and works well, especially for the price. It is also very nice that I don't continually have to purchase filters. I have only two issues with it, neither a big deal: it just barely makes it through the night if completely full and running on high; and it a pain to haul the entire water container to the sink to refill it -- pouring water into it would have been much better design feature. However, neither of these issues detract from the fact that it is a worthwhile purchase. |
