This replaced an old opener of the same type. The previous opener survived some serious abuse and this one also seems well built. The range on this seems a bit better than the one I replaced, but the effect is marginal. It took less than a minute to get the product running and we haven't had a problem.
FYI
Make sure you have 8/9 DIP switch remote. If you take the battery cover off your old remote you should see a block with 8 or 9 little switches on it. This is the DIP switch. |
