| Some products don't completely match the descriptions (Caveat emptor) | 2010-08-23 | 2 / 5 |

I ordered a USB extension cable from UnitedIntegral through last week. It does not have gold-plated connectors as was indicated by the product title and it is not by Tripp Lite. It's a cheap generic Chinese USB cable.
It will work, but it's not what completely was indicated by the product title.
At the very least, needs to inform the buyer when a generic product which does not meet all of the specifically-described attributes named in the product description is substituted named and product. To do otherwise is deceptive advertising. |

Nice cable, well made and just the thing for getting the otherwise improperly sized units wired up.
A nice selection of these extensions come in very handy. |

I have a Phillips DVD player with auto 1080 upscaling and a Panasonic Plasma 42" with 1080 capability when using HDMI input and movies look fantastic. I was somewhat disappointed with service, which is normally fast, but they sent it through USPS and it would sit at different locations for days before finally arriving.

| 6 ft extension cable review | 2008-01-08 | 5 / 5 |

| I needed an extension cable for my keyboard, which is about 8 feet from the computer. A previous extension cable wasn't "strong" enough to carry the keyboard signal and I has numerous boot errors. However, this cable worked very well and I haven't experienced any such problems |

| If you want to extend your PC's USB 2.0 port to your desk, this cable is certainly the way to go. It's simple and priced reasonably. More importantly, it gives you near USB 2.0 speed. |
